Since opening our doors in 2007, we are proud to say we have worked not only to protect America's iconic structures but also to advance coatings application and access techniques by participating in various magazine and newspaper articles, advertisements, and videos about the subject.

Over the years, the BASE Group has won several awards from coatings industry leaders like the SSPC and Coatings Pro Magazine.  Our first award came in 2012 from the SSPC, and we received a prestigious George Campbell award for our work at Miller Park.  In 2014, the Mayor of Denver recognized our work and ideas with a prize for the infamous coal stack to pencil project, which anyone can safely view the 200' tall N02 pencil from the 16th St Mall in Denver.  In 2020, we won first place in the Coatings Pro Magazines Annual Contractors Award for our work on the Colorado State Capitol dome.  Then again, in 2023, we received the 2nd place prize in the same Specialty Structures Division for rehabilitating the Silver Legacy Dome.  In 2024, at the New Orleans AMPP conference, we were awarded 3rd place for our work on the Hard Rock Stadium.
